2006 Carri-lite   Health forces the sale.   One could buy this 5th Wheel, leave my house, and stop at the grocery store on the way to the campground for groceries and one would have everything needed to camp. Lots of extras included. Cookware, plates, cups, toaster, toaster oven, small grill, flatware, water hoses, sewer hoses, pressure regulator, power cord, chocks, cribbing, jack, clothesline. 

Originally bought the unit Oct 2020  for an Alaska trip, that had to be canceled. 5 Goodyear 10-ply tires, hot water heater, side awning, house battery, and converter were all replaced in prep for the trip.  Added upgraded entry step by Torklift, plus custom-made semi-permanent steps for longer stays.  The roof (maintenance) and unit were resealed 1 year ago. Various small items were replaced, vent covers, door catches, lights, and lenses, antenna crank, and can fill the water tank via city water connection. New smoke, CO detectors, LP Gas lines, plus a new fire extinguisher. Also, added a junction box to 7 wire trailer connection and replaced the cord. Refrigerator, AC, Furnace, oven, and stove all work as should.
